Pollycraft Monday Challenge

Hi everyone, as it's Monday it's time for another challenge over Pollycraft Monday Challenge and our challenge for you this week is 'Spring has Sprung'.   I've used one of the new 'Celeste Amberglow' images from Pollycraft for my DT card I think she is fab!

The heart embellishment on my card was made by using my Epiphany tool from Crafter's Companion. The papers are last year's Spring Forever Friends pack. 

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge:
