My Fave 5 Christmas Cards ................

Hi everyone, well I hope you all had a very Happy Christmas!  We had a lovely time the only problem that I had was that my oven packed up on Xmas Day!  Can you believe 365 days of the year and the one day when you need your oven more than any other and the oven packed up!  It cooked the turkey ok but after the roast potatoes had been in for an hour doing nothing we realised there was a problem! Luckily my mum and mum in law both live in the same village so my Mum went home with parsnips and yorkshire puddings and my Mum in Law went home with the 2 trays of roasties. There were a lot as we were cooking for 11.  So finally around 2.30pm we got our Christmas lunch it just took 3 ovens to cook it lol!

Anyway onto some cards to share for today which are part of a challenge that the lovely
Debby runs each year to share your favourite five Christmas cards. So here are mine!

Thanks for stopping by.

  7. Wonderful favourite five :o)
Always the most inconvenient time when these things happen, at least you managed to have your Christmas dinner. I really feel for all those who didn't because of the flooding and power cuts!

  8. Gorgeous selection of cards Lynsey - all so equally fabulous. Not sure how I would have coped with the oven not working on the big day - but it sounds like you all managed and hopefully stayed calm and had a wonderful day :o)
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

  10. Wow Lynsey, I cannot choose a favourite. They are all truly stunning. Sorry to hear about your oven. Why does it always happen like this! My Grandson came out in full blown Chicken Pox on Boxing Day! They still came to us as planned though. Hugs, Carol S.xx
