This week Chrisma Cardz Challenge have a great sketch by my blogging buddy Lyndsey, its also Lyndsey's birthday today, so happy birthday Lyndsey!
This card is an engagement card for my husband's cousin. I thought the little sentiment was perfect for this occasion. I made the flowers out of vellum after getting some inspiration from another of my blogging buddies Debbie, thanks Debbie! The largest flower has been punched then I used a white sukara gel pen for the dots. The other flowers have been made using my Clare Curd flower stamps and I embossed them with white embossing powder onto the vellum. I coloured the back of the vellum flowers with Promarkers to make them pink to match my card.

The stamped flower on my card has stamped twice and mounted on foam pads for a bit of dimension. I have coloured the flower with pink glitter pain and added glitter to the centre of the flower. For a change I am quite happy with card!
I hope you all have a great weekend, thanks for stopping by.
Hugs Lynsey:)

Hi Lynsey.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your card. Pink is my very fave colour, and those flowers are just fab. Glad you like them as much as I do, and thanks for the plug. You can do so many variations, and they always match your card.
How is Grace these days. I'd love to see a piccie. My own new baby Grandaughter is due this monday, but I have a feeling she will be a late arrival.
Take care now
Hugs Debbie xx
