A card and some exciting news!

Hi everyone I hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I have had a fantastic day at Newmarket Races and I managed to pick 3 winning horses! I only came home about £3.00 better off so I won't be giving up the day job just yet!

Onto my exciting news, one of my cards has been featured in the readers gallery of this month issue of Simply Cards and Papercrafts!



Now onto my card, I had planned to put this into the Truly Scrumptious Challenge but I realized that you had to have something eat on the card and unless I pretend the number 1 is made out of icing I don't really think it fits the challenge! Never mind I enjoyed using the sketch!

    Well don winning at the races Lynsey, even though it won't change your life...it could have been worse.

    Love the card, that image is so adorable. Love those soft blues too. Great that you used the sketch for your card, pitty about no food, but hey, your image is yummy enough anyway.

    Congrats on getting published. Just think how many people are going to see it.
