I was asked to make an anniversary card for an order but I was seriously lacking my mojo for this card! I could not decide on what papers to use even though I have enough to most probably cover the whole village where I live! Maybe thats the problem, I just have too many to choose from! In the end I choose these papers that I got free with a magazine ages ago and I was really pleased with how this card turned out.
I used a sketch from Friday Sketchers which I love! I really like the flowers being round the bottom of the card and I use this sketch again.

ReplyDeleteA lovely card Lynsey. It's always nice for people to receive personalised cards. They love to get something so personal. Fab colours, the papers are great. I know what you mean though, like a 'kid in a sweet shop' sometimes it gets a bit too much.
ReplyDeleteTake care

ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Love the papers and that is one of my fave images for anniversary cards. You're right about the ring of flowers, must make a crad for this challenge. The flowers look gorgeous. Marianne x
ReplyDeleteHi Lynsey, this is lovely - such pretty papers and flowers. I totally sympathise with the 'too much choice' thing!! You asked where I got my Glimmer Mist from - I got it from the Craft Barn. I bought the pearl colour which is great for adding sparkle without too much colour. I might buy a few more colours next time I visit. I don't think they are the cheapest place to buy this product but they have a fantastic selection of colours.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet cute card Lynsey. Ali xx
