Spring has Sprung!

Well I'm not quite sure that spring has sprung although the bulbs are trying to come up in the garden. this card does make me think of spring though! And the weather has been lovely here in Norfolk this afternoon.

The decoupage and papers on my card are from the Popcorn Florals CD by Crafter's Companion' and is so lovely for making bright happy cards just perfect for spring!

Little Claire's February Challenge

Hi everyone, I have my Little Claire's February DT card to share with you today. As we such a large DT we are working as two teams and I'm part of the team to share some mid month inspiration. Our first challenge is 'Anything Goes' so a nice and easy challenge to get you started.

The adorable image on my card is one of my favourite's from Little Claire's and is called 'Birdcage'. I've not used this colour combination on a card before, but I love the way they go together.

Say Cheese 60th Birthday Card!

Hi everyone, my second post for today is to share with you the 60th Birthday card I made for my Dad as its Birthday today. The lovely Paula from Pollycraft kindly drew me this image of Maurice with a camera as my dad is very into photography but I have never been able to find an image with a camera! I am so pleased with the image it was just perfect for my dad's card.

It's Starting to Feel a Lot Like Christmas!

60th Birthday Card

Hi everyone, sorry I'm a bit slow at returning comments I'm full of a cold and its slowing me down this week! At least I've finished work for another week so hopefully I will be able to recharge my batteries.

Its my Dad's 60th Birthday on Friday and this is the card I have made for my mum to give him. I think this image will suit my Dad perfectly as he has a motorbike and my mum likes to go on the back but not quite flying off like this though lol!
This decoupage image is from the same artist as House Mouse I think but I can't remember what these bears are called.

Popcorn Bear - Thank a Bunch

Hi everyone, I have a very sweet Popcorn Bear card to share with you tonight. This stamp is from the 'Popcorn Bear Florals Range' from Crafter's Companion and I think this one is my favourite from the set. I have stamped the flowers up twice and decoupaged them, this image is just perfect for decoupaging! All the papers on this card are from the Popcorn florals CD and are so pretty.

Final SWALK Sneak Peak!

Hi everyone this is my final sneak peak before the release of the new SWALK stamps which will be released on Create and Craft tomorrow. The shows will be on at 11am, 12pm and 3pm so make sure you turn in! These stamps from Crafter's Companion are such great value at £3.99 each or you will be able to buy all six stamps for £19.99, how fantastic is that!

My final card is using my favourite image from this collection so I have made this into a large 8 x 8 card. All the papers and the alphabet are printed from the SWALk 1 and 2 CD's.

Less is More!

Hi everyone, no you have not come to the wrong blog you are at Lynsey's Place, this is my attempt at the new Less is More Challenge Blog. I have wanted to make a few simple cards for a while so I think this new blog is the perfect way to get me started.

As anyone that reads my blog on a regular basis will know that I don't really do the whole 'Less is More' but I am quite pleased with this card and it was so quick to make!

The colour scheme at the Less is More challenge blog this week is 'Black, Pink and White' a colour scheme I really love.

Hi everyone, I have another SWALK card to share with you today this time featuring another adorable little girl. I don't often use black on my cards, but I love it teamed up with pink. I think this image and sentiment will be so useful for making little note cards. The other part of the sentiment is '.....just for you' and I have stamped that on the inside of this card.

New S.W.A.L.K Release Sneak Peak Number 2...

I had great fun making this stepper card, I have never made one before but I am really pleased with how it turned out. Another Little Claire's February Stamp Release Card .....

Hi everyone, hope your weekend is going well. I've scheduled this post as I have a busy weekend, my sister is staying over with her little girl and we are going to take our girls to an animal farm today.
