Triple Challenge Card........

This is the only card I've had time to make this week so at least I managed to hit 3 challenges in one! The first challenge this card is for is the Imaski sketch challenge. I really enjoyed using this sketch as it made me use a different size card to a square which is what I normally make.
The second challenge this card is for is for this weeks ABC Challenge. Their challenge this week is 'J for Jewels' so I've added plenty of those to my card, I like a bit of bling on my cards!
The third challenge this card is for is Cute Card Thursday as this week's theme is 'Lots of Sparkle'. I think I've managed that with the glitter and snowflakes and jewels.

This is my first attempt at making a card using my new promarkers. I don't think it turned out too bad. I would love to know what you think, so please leave me a comment if you have time.

Friday Sketchers ......

Well I thought I would use some of my new stash to make this card on Monday night and I was quite pleased with the results. I just love these forever friends stamps. I meant to post this card yesterday but my little Grace woke up with a tummy bug so between us we had quite a few changes of clothes yesterday! I did take Grace to the doctors and after she had been sick on both of us in the waiting room the doctor advised that it was nothing to worry about just a tummy bug. Thankfully she is much better this morning and is now having a nice little sleep.

Anyway back to this card, I made it following this weeks sketch over at Friday Sketchers.

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment if you have time.

Sketch Saturday .........

Well its about time I posted a card! After a hectic weekend, I finally got around to making a card last night. I have made a card similar to this before for a friend's birthday but as I love this paper so much I thought I would make another similar one! I really loved this week's sketch over at Sketch Saturday so I will definitely being using this one again.

I was feeling a bit fed up this morning as my husband Will is still working long hours on the farm and won't be home till at least 9pm tonight, so I took me and Grace off to a local craft shop for a spot of retail therapy. I brought a couple of the new forever friends stamps, some paper and flowers but I did really need them!

Thanks for popping in, please leave me a comment if you have time.

Mum's Brag Book

Well I've not had time to do any challenges for the last couple of days as I have been busy making this brag book for my mum. It was a premade brag book from Gottapixel.com and you just have to add your own pictures, but I think my mum will love this. I have just put on a couple of pages for you to see. I can't believe how much Grace has grown looking back at these photos!

Thanks for stopping by.

Tag Your It ........

Well I got mum's birthday card made now this is the tag to go on her present. I'm making her a digital brag book to fit in a 6x4 album so probably won't get anymore cards made for a few days as I haven't started it yet and her birthday is on Saturday! I am going to fill the book with pictures of Grace.

Anyway back to this tag as I was going to make a tag I thought I might as well take part in the challenge at Tag Your It where the challenge this week is 'Needle & Thread' and you have to include either machine or hand stitching on your tag. This is not something I would normally do as I'm not very good at sewing but I quite enjoyed putting the stitching on this tag. That's why I love challenges as they stretch to you to do things you wouldn't normally do!

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment if you have time.

This card is also for my mum's birthday on Saturday so I hope she likes it. I just need to make a box for the card and a tag for her present now!

Thanks for popping in. Please leave me a comment if you have time.

Rachel's Saturday Morning Class ......

This scrapbook layout was made by following Rachel's Saturday Morning Class over at Scrummy Stash Cafe. I really enjoyed following this class as its made me use things on my layout that I wouldn't normally use like the file folder and tag for journalling. The August kit has been really great from Scrummy Stash Cafe as by following their weekly classes and sketches I have used nearly the whole kit, which is a first for me!

I would like to take the credit for this photo but unfortunately I can't as my dad took this picture of my daughter Grace, he is a better photographer than me! I absolutely love this picture of Grace as it is just so natural.

Thanks for popping in. Please leave me a comment if you have time.
Thanks

Double Challenge Card ...........

After making two blue and green cards I was in serious need of some pink, hot pink to be precise! So this card fits the bill and is another Christmas one made! I have never been so organised with Christmas cards in my life, its a shame my maternity leave ends in January and I will have to go back to work! Never mind I am making the most of it and spending time with my little girl Grace and a little bit of crafting time in between.

Anyway back to the card, this is for two challenges, the first is for Katharina's Sketch #10 over at Paper Weekly Challenge I absolutely love this sketch and will be using it again. The other challenge that this card is for Tilda & Co as the challenge this week is to have embossing on your card.

The ribbon on this card looks a bit red in the photo but it is bright pink and matches the paper, I don't know why the colours don't always come out right!

Thanks for stopping by, please a leave a comment if you have time, I always appreciate them.
