An Anniversary Card .........

Hi everyone, Lynsey's place has been a bit quite this week as I'm trying to have a good clear out of the craft room.  I've been busy sorting through lots of craft stuff and putting my stamps into some new storage folders.   I've not had a good clear out in a long time so it is well over due.

I do find it hard to part with things as I'm sure I will use them sometime!  I am a bit of a hoarder when it comes to my crafty stash but I am trying to think that if I've not used in the last 5 years then there is probably not much chance I'm going to use in the next 5 years either!  I've still got loads more to do but I'm trying to do a little everyday.  Well that's the plan anyway!

So I've not had much time to craft but I do have a card to share that I made a few weeks ago for an order.

Winter Wonderland Challenge ...............

Hi everyone, time for another challenge at Winter Wonderland and our theme for you this week is ''Ppppppick up a penguin'.   The team have done well this week as we've all managed to find different images.  There is a fab prize for a £10 voucher to spend at My Craft Heart so if you have not made a start on your Christmas cards yet, this week would be a great time to start!

You would have laughed if you had seen me in the craft room with Grace last night she was having trouble getting the glitter glue out of a new tube so I said I would have a go.  So I gave it a good squeeze and the next thing I  knew there was glitter glue shooting out at about 50 miles an hour, it was up the wall, on the carpet up my cupboard,  I couldn't believe what a mess it caused. So me and Grace decided we would put that tube in the bin!

A Forever Friends Card .............

Hi everyone, I have a Forever Friends card to share with you today.  I made this card using the the new Kraft Notes range from docrafts.   I had a bit of a forgetful week last week so I had to make this card as I forgot my auntie's Birthday, I also lost the metal plug from the sink and my card reader which I use to put my photos on my computer with!  The card reader turned up I had packed that away in my work bag but there is no sign of the plug! I even checked the bin but still there is no sign of it!  I think I must have had a week away with the fairies!

Another Pollycraft Card ...................

Hi everyone,  we had a lovely sunny day in Norfolk yesterday so we went to Sandringham for the day.  It's a lovely place to visit with lovely woodland walks and a play area for Grace.  We took a picnic with us and had a lovely time.  I got some great pictures of Grace so I thought I would share one of my favourties, which you can see below .I've not made up my mind what to do today yet as I first have a mountain of washing and ironing to get through.

Anyway onto my card today which is made using another fab image from the new Pollycraft Shop and this little cutie is called 'Spotty Bugs'.  Don't forget there is a super 30% off at the Pollycraft shop and there are some fab new designs to check out.

A Faerie Poppets Card .............

Hi everyone, I have another card to share tonight which I made for an order.  I've not given it to the lady who ordered it yet but I'm hoping she will like.  She asked for either fairies or cats on the card so I thought as it was for a lady turning 70 that the new faerie poppets from Crafter's Companion would be just right as some of the images like this one are more grown up fairies if there is such a thing!

A Wedding Card ...............

Hi everyone, I have a wedding card to share with you today which I was asked to make for an order.  This was a bit of a challenge as I was asked to the card with 2 brides on so I brought a digi wedding stamp from Digi Stamp Boutique and deleted the groom and added another bride.  I was quite pleased with how it turned out in the end and the person I made it for was very happy with it.

A Scrapbook Page ............

Hi everyone, oh I have had a busy weekend! I went down to London yesterday with my sister and we went to Portobello Road, I've never been before and I loved it! After that we went to Convent Garden, which is my favourite place to visit in London and had a nice glass of wine sitting in the sun. And today I have been to the London Marathon and watched my brother in law run, it was a great atmosphere and very exciting.   Watching all that running is very exhausting so I'm nearly ready for bed but just thought I would share a scrapbook page I made a few weeks when I had a lovely craft day with my friend Marianne.   This photo was taken in 2011 when Grace started her first day at preschool. 

And before I go I just thought I would share the cheesy tourist photo of my and my sister by the Portobello Road sign!

Grace's Birthday Card .................

Hi everyone, I have had such a busy weekend with Grace's Birthday, I'm exhausted!  Anyway I just thought I would share with you the card I made for Grace.   This LOTV image arrived just in time for me to use and eventually at gone 11pm on Thursday I managed to get Grace's card made for Friday morning!

I went a bit mad adding things to this card, this is definitely not a less is more card, more like a more is more card!  I did enjoy making it and Grace shares my love of my pink so that was good!

A Wedding Card ...................

Hi everyone, and hello to my new follower Rosemary, thank you so much for choosing to follow my blog.  I have a wedding card to share with you tonight which I made for an order the other week so I thought it was time to get it blogged. Don't you wish there were more hours in the day or is it just me?   I was asked for pink, pale green and cream on the wedding card and the lady I made it for was very happy which is always good!

I used the wedding cake stamp from Whiff of Joy on my card and some papers from the new Frou Frou cd which I thought were perfect for a wedding card.
