A Leaving Card ........

Hi everyone, my second post in one day, this does not happen very often! I made this card for my good friend Marianne who is sadly leaving one of the offices where I work. I will really miss her and as she is a fellow blogger and card maker I wanted to make lots of effort to make her a special card.

I used a lovely sketch from the Whiff of Joy Challenge designed by Bev so I am entering my card into WOJ Challenge and also into Cute Card Thursday Challenge whoose theme is 'Dimensions', there's plenty of that on this card so I also made this box for it:

Pollycraft Monday Challenge 37.............

Hi everyone, well its Monday again, where did the weekend go! Its time for another Pollycraft Monday Challenge and this week the challenge has been set by the lovely Ria who has given us a recipe to follow which consists of the following:

4 papers,
3 embellishments
2ribbon/lace
1 image

I always struggle a bit with these sort of challenges but it did make me put different embellishments on my DT card and I am quite pleased with how it turned out in the end.
The image on my card is called 'Balancing Act' from Pollycraft Designs and I think he is just adorable!

My New Crafty Stash ..........

Hi everyone, well I had a fabby time at the NEC on Saturday, I was like a little girl in a sweet shop! After being part of the Pollycraft DT for over a year I finally got to meet Paula who designs all the fantastic images which was so lovely. I also got to meet Emma one of my other DT buddies again so I had a lovely day.

An Easter Card ............

The Easter Bunny!

Yipee! I have finally managed a get a post on my blog! I have been having lots of internet problems and they have been driving me mad! I am so sorry for not returning any comments but I just could not access any blogger websites from my computer. I could access all other sorts of websites but there not the ones I want to look at! You don't realise how much you miss blogging till you can't do it! I hope the problems are all sorted out now and I will be able to keep posting!

Anyway onto my card this card features a wonderful Easter image from Pollycraft Designs
and is called 'Bumble Bunny'. I think he is so sweet so I had to use him on this card for my little girl for Easter.

Multi Challenge Card

Multi Challenge Card .........

Hi everyone, well not been about for a while as me and my husband both had gastroenteritis which my little girl Grace had last week. It certainly knocked us both out but at last I felt well enough to make a card tonight. I certainly hope this is the last of any illnesses for a while for me and my family, roll on summer!

Anyway onto my card this wonderful image is one from a new Sweet Dreams Retro Girls range from Pollycraft Designs which is soon to be released. As I missed making my DT card this week for the Pollycraft Designs Challenge I thought I would still have a go at the theme which is distressing. I am not sure how well it works on this card I think I could have distressed a bit more than I did.
