The Little Red Robin ......................

Hi everyone, please scroll down to my previous post for my details of my candy winner.

I hope you are well and have had a good weekend.  I have had a lovely day out today at the Christmas Market at Bury St Edmunds with Grace, my sister and my little niece Anya.  I got a few Christmas presents which was good, not too many left to get now!

On to my card, I brought this super cute little robin a few weeks ago and decided to paper piece him.   I have not added too much embellishment to this card as I need a few flatter ones for posting.

I Wanna Build a Snowman!

Hi everyone, I hope your week is going well. It's about this time of year that I always start to feel a bit over whelmed with all I still need to do to be ready for Christmas.  Do you feel like that or is it just me?   I always end being ready in the end but at the moment it feels like a daunting task ahead with cards still to make, presents still to buy, and a  Christmas dinner to organise along with loads of busy nights and weekends out.   I wish a fairy could just come along and wave her wand and it would all be done!  Failing that I will just have to take one day at a time and do what I can!

Anyway onto this jolly snowman that I brought when I went to the NEC recently.  I have decoupaged his scarf but I'm not sure you can see that from the photo. I used some frantage on my lamp post and snowflake for a little snowy sparkle and my favourite Xmas papers from Dovecraft oh and the Snowman stamp is a Woodware one.

Thanks for stopping by.

A Card for a Runner ..............

Hi everyone and happy Monday to you.  I made this card for my Brother-In-Law a few weeks for his 40th Birthday.  He is a keen and very good marathon runner so I went on the hunt for a running image and found this great one at the Digi Stamp Boutique.   I have not made a man's card for ages so I enjoyed making this one.

Thanks for stopping by.

A Trio of Christmas Tags ......

Hi everyone, I hope your weekend is going well.  I've had a busy day taking my Mum and Dad out for a few hours today and doing some baking with Grace this afternoon.

Firstly onto my tags, did I tell you I have a bit of thing for making tags at the moment!  I made these using some scraps of paper, the images are from the Moonbeam Meadow CD from Crafter's Companion and were just the right size to be made into tags!

Back to the baking, me and Grace had a practise at making some Christmas biscuits this afternoon. I didn't expect the recipe to make quite so many but we ended up with 3 plate fulls! I think we will need to deliver some to the Grandparents tomorrow!    Me and Grace did have lots of fun making these though!

I would like to enter my tags into the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

A Frozen Bag ..............

Hi everyone, sorry for my lack of blogging and returning your comments.  We were away for part of last week during the school holidays and when I came back my Dad was in hospital having a knee operation and my Nan also got admitted to hospital so last week was spent back and forth to the hospital the whole time! Dad is now home but Nan is still in hospital.   Stressful times for my family at the moment.

Anyway enough of my troubles, I thought I would share a Frozen themed bag that I made for my Niece a while ago for her Birthday.  The bag is lined with star patterned fabric the same as the on the dress and the handle of the bag.

Thanks for stopping by.
