A Few Christmas Gifts ............

Hi all, I hope you are well and enjoying a nice Christmas break. I'm going shopping with my Mum in Law which I know I will enjoy as she great company.

I have a few photos to share today of a few gifts I got for Christmas.  The clock was from my Mum and Dad and my sister.  I choose the clock from a little shop at the top of the Shambles in York. I've been looking at these clocks for a few years now as we go every year so this year I decided I had to have one.  Kindly my mum and sister paid for it as my Christmas present and I love it!  

The second present is from my mum and is some teaspoons with teacups and teapots on. I have thing about teapots and teacups even though I don't drink tea lol!

The last present is a gorgeous Cath Kidston cup that I got from a friend

I did get some lovely craft goodies too so I will be back to show them another day!

A Final Christmas Card ................

Hi all, well I finally got ready in time for Christmas and it all went well phew lol! I hope you all had a wonderful time.  My final card of 2015 is the card I made for my good friend Marianne.  I did wonder if I would ever get them finished this year but I did finally!  I don't want to leave it too long now before I make a start on 2016!  I do like to get the most from my Christmas stash!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been a bad blogger just lately.  I've not been very well for the last few weeks.  I have been at work this week but I've felt so exhausted I've been in my pj's as soon as I've got in from work. 

Anyway here are a couple of cards that I made using some gorgeous new dinkie stamps from LC Designs.

New Stamps at Little Claire ................

Hi all, I'm back today with one of the new stamp releases called Wavy Cats from Little Claire.  I love this stamp and I know it will be the perfect image for one of my friends who is a big cat lover! 

I have also used some of the gorgeous papers from the Falling Daisies paper pad also from Little Claire.  The lace is from Crafty Ribbons, paper rose from the Ribbon Girl and a MS leaf punch.

December Scrapbook Album ............

Hi everyone, I hope your week has got off to a good start.  I've got my December scrapbook album to share with you today.  This is one of my favourite craft projects that I do all year.  This is my 5th year of doing Journal Your Christmas that is Shimelle's online class.  Although I have 4 albums that are not yet complete (they are work in progress!) me and Grace had a great time looking back at all the memories that have been recorded.  This year I am determined to complete my book!  So far so good, up to day 7 is done.  I'm sharing the album cover and day 1 today.  I will share some more pages later this week!

Hi all, well December is speeding along just a little too quickly but I have nearly finished my Christmas shopping which is good!  

I have made a start on my December scrapbook album but I will share that another day, so I am making progress lol!

A Snowman Aperture Card .......

Hi everyone and happy Saturday to you. I'm sharing a card today that is one of the one's I made for Simply Homemade magazine.   I love this cute snowman from Three Sparkly Snowmen from Little Claire. So what are your plans for today?  I will be busy working on another commission for Simply Homemade magazine and then me and Grace will be going to town this afternoon to buy a Christmas jumper each.  I've never brought a Christmas jumper before but I have seen a lovely one in Tesco's with penguins on so I think that will be my purchase.

Birthday Selfies Layout

Hi all, I have a layout to share with you tonight that I made using my Like for Ever scrapbooking kit from last month as I finally found a little bit of time to cut into last month's kit!  The photos were a few silly pics of me and Grace messing about with my selfie stick on my Birthday.  Please don't think I'm sad for having a selfie stick but I have very short arms and selfies of me would scare people without the use of a selfie stick lol!  

I used a great sketch from Stuck Sketches November 1st. for my layout. 

I had a wonderful time shopping in York.  These are a few photos from my weekend:

Blog Project at Little Claire ..............

Hi all and happy Friday to you.  I'm off to my annual shopping trip to York this weekend so this is a scheduled post.  I love going to York, we start off at the outlet on Friday and then me and my sister will do the Park run on Saturday morning followed by a late breakfast and then shopping for the rest of the day.  On Sunday we pop and get a last few bits before we head home after lunch.  Phew good job I have Monday off work!

Snowmen at Crafty Ribbons ...............

Hi everyone, I hope your week is going well.  I've got a few days off this week as it is half term to spend with Grace so we have some busy days ahead.  We are off to an animal farm tomorrow, a dinsosaur park on Friday and a Halloween Fairy Fair on Saturday.  I think I may need a rest by Sunday lol! 

Anyway onto my card, our challenge over at Crafty Ribbons this week is 'Snowmen'  so I nice easy challenge if you are as keen on snowmen as I am!  I decided to give one of my cd's an airing and use this sweet image from the Christmas Moonbeam Meadow by Crafter's Companion. I've added some LOTV papers, memory box snowflakes and some gorgeous Snowmen Combo Festive Ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.

A Card for a Special Friend and a DT call over at Winter Wonderland ............

Hi everyone it was my good friend Marianne's Birthday recently and this is the card that I made for her. I used a very sweet stamp from Lili of the Valley that I had for a while and not had a chance to ink up. The recipe stamp is also LOTV. I've used some papers from Dovecraft and my favourite Volcan Viscose Beige Lace from Crafty Ribbons and flowers from the Ribbon Girl.

A Wedding Card ..............

Hi all, I hope all is well with you.  I have a wedding card to share with you today which I made for a wedding I went to a few weeks ago. I used some a gorgeous image from 'All Dressed Up' on my card and some beautiful Volcan Viscose Beige lace and cream seam binding from Crafty Ribbons. I have also used some gorgeous paper Santoro patterned paper that my friend Marianne brought me for my Birthday, flowers from Wild Orchid, leaf die form Joanna Sheen and pearls from stash.

Crafty Ribbons Challenges ..............

Hi all and happy Thursday to you! I have my crafty ribbons DT make to share with you today and our theme for you this time is 'Christmas Ribbon and Dies'  I have used some stunning new ribbon called Merry Christmas Baubles and some beautiful Scarlet lace which are both from new Christmas Charm on my embroidery hoop.  I used a die to cut the flower on my hoop out of felt. If you have not tried cutting felt with your dies I would urge you to give it a go as it cuts like butter with most dies!

I have also used some gorgeous buttons on my hoop.  The heart button is from the pastel hearts pack and you can see the spotty button here.  I hope you will come along and join in the challenge this time!
