Dance Show Layout ............

Hi everyone, I hope you are well and having a good week.  We are having some lovely weather here in Norfolk which is so nice!

I have a layout to share with you today showing a picture of Grace that I snapped back stage at her recent ballet show she was in.  This layout is one for Grace's album so I like to write the journalling to her.  We had such a lovely time at the show I can't wait to order some prints from the professional photographer at the show!

A Birthday Card ..............

Hi everyone, I hope you are well and have had a good weekend.  I have been very busy, I went on a crochet course yesterday morning with a friend which I really enjoyed.  I think I have got the hang of the basic stitches so I need to get practising now!  

Anyway onto my card, I have used a super cute Chloe on Swing digi topper kit for the main image and it also comes with sentiments to.  The topper is designed to fit a 8 x 8 card but I shrunk it down to fit on a 6 x 6 card. I used some Docraft papers and finished off with some lovely lace by Crafty Ribbons.

Recycled Jars ................

Hi everyone, I have something different to share with you today.  I wanted some new vases for my kitchen windowsill so I decided to recycle some pasta jars!  I painted the jars with chalk paint which is fantastic for covering glass.  It took about 3 - 4 coats but it dries really quickly so it didn't take long to paint these.  I then clued some string round the centre of the jars and added some gorgeous Crafty Ribbons Lace and then finished off with some burlap flowers which I got from Poundland and some resin roses.  

I hope this will make you look at your jars in a new light!

Little Claire Digi Design Challenge ...............

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday to you!  I have my DT card for the Little Claire digi stamp challenge and our theme for you this month is ' Flowers'.  I hope you will come along and join in the challenge as there is a fantastic prize for the winner. 

I'm having a very busy week this week as I have my niece and cousin staying for a few days and then I'm having a little crafty Birthday party for Grace on Thursday afternoon and then Friday I'm travelling down to London for the night ready for Ally Pally on Saturday! Then on Sunday it is Grace's Birthday and we are out for the day so I think I will be going back to work on Monday for a rest!
