Hi everyone, I have a retirement card to show you tonight. One of my friend's from work is retiring and as I hope he has lots of exciting adventures I thought this image called 'Jim Hiking' from the Digi Stamp Boutique would be just perfect! I decided to finish my card off with a little green flowersoft and I am really pleased with the effect.

Pollycraft Designs Challenge 63

Hi everyone, its Monday morning so its time for another challenge at Pollycraft Designs. Our challenge this week is 'No Designer Papers'. This challenge at first filled me with dread but I must admit I am really pleased with how it turned out!
The wonderful image on my DT card is called 'Clover Snowclouds' and is part of the Lilybean Fairy Range from Pollycraft Designs. I think she is so pretty!

Winter Wonderland Challenge ..........

Hi everyone, the challenge at Winter Wonderland this week is a 'One Layer Card'. Now for me this was a real challenge as I don't do the less is more thing very well on my cards! So for my DT card I have stamped a cute Penny Black image and added distress ink all round the edges of my card. I stamped and embossed the swirls and used an embossing powder called Wow. It is holographic and really sparkly. In the end I was really pleased with my card and I used my distress ink pad which has been sat in my draw gathering dust!
