Pollycraft Monday Challenge *23* Furry Friends (animals)

Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the bank holiday weekend. I have been away for a Spa weekend and got back late last night so I am enjoying some time with my little girl Grace and my husband Will today.

Well onto my card, this is my DT card for Pollycraft Monday Challenge and the theme for this challenge is 'Furry Friends' we want to see animals on your cards. You don't need to use a Pollycraft item to join in the challenge but for all of you that do you will be entered into a monthly draw to win a £25 voucher to spend at the Pollycraft Designs online shop, how great is that! The beautiful image on my card is from the new 'Animal Scribbles' range and this little one is called 'Kitty Butterfly' which you can purchase here.

Friday Sketchers .............

I was asked to make an anniversary card for an order but I was seriously lacking my mojo for this card! I could not decide on what papers to use even though I have enough to most probably cover the whole village where I live! Maybe thats the problem, I just have too many to choose from! In the end I choose these papers that I got free with a magazine ages ago and I was really pleased with how this card turned out.

I used a sketch from Friday Sketchers which I love! I really like the flowers being round the bottom of the card and I use this sketch again.

Willow Sketchie Challenge 20th August

Pollycraft Challenge *22* Favourite Things ......

Hi everyone, its for time for another Pollycraft Monday Challenge and this fortnights challenge is 'Favourite Things'. I really enjoyed making this card but it was harder than I thought!

So the favourite things on my card are the fairy! She is from the 'Twiddly Wings' range from Pollycraft Designs. The colour combination, I love pink and brown together. My other favourite things are glitter, I find it hard to make a card with out putting on somewhere, flowers and cake! I am quite pleased I got so many favourite things all on one card!

I really enjoyed this challenge as I don't really use that many buttons on my cards or bows even though I have plenty of both lol! Another Wedding card for an order and this fits two challenges Stamp With Fun whoose theme is 'Pearls' and the second challenge is for One Stop Craft Challenge and there theme is 'Swirls and Pearls' .

The beautiful bride on this card is from Cute Daisy May Digi Stamps , I think she looks so elegant! This card looks alot better close up than on the photo as I have glittered her veil and dress but it does not show in the picture. Never mind I hope the lady I made it for will like it.
