Year 3 Scrapbook Page ..............

Hi all, I'm back today with a scrapbook page about Grace on her first day of Year 3 at school.  I used a great sketch over at Stuck 1st September Challenge to make this page and the papers are from the Shimelle True Stories Paper collection.

Winter Wonderland Challenge .........

 I saw a card in Making Cards this month with a Poppy and I used that for the inspiration for this card. I decided to have a go at a bit of a watercolour background, I think I need a it more practise but I enjoyed experimenting a bit and just having a play!

A Birthday Layout .............

Hi all, I'm back tonight to share a layout of of Will and Grace on Will's birthday back in July. We had only just come back off holiday so I didn't have time to bake a cake so it was a brought one this year! 

This is  the 6th layout that I have made from Like for Ever scrapbooking kit.  I have used quite a lot of my kit now but I think I will have a go at making some cards and tags with the scraps! I've really enjoyed using this kit as I've made girly layouts and more masculine layouts it has been so versatile.  

Today was an exciting day as well as my new kit arrived! I can't wait to get creating with it!

Dancing Queen ...............

Hi all, and happy Monday to you!  I'm not at work today as it's my Birthday!  So I have a massage booked later this morning and I plan to get some crafty time in so that sounds like a good Birthday to me! 

Anyway my layout today is made with my Like for Ever kit.  The photos are of my niece Anya.  We brought her a CD player for a Birthday and as soon as the music started she just had to dance! She loves her music!

One Cute Penguin ............

A Gem of a Challenge

Hi everyone, I'm back with my second card today for my DT card for A Gem of a Challenge and our theme for you this time is 'Boys, Boys, Boys'!  Grace had a party to go to last week so this is the card that I made for her to take.  It was for my childminders son and he really liked it so that was nice!  I used a fab card topper Super Hero Andy 2.  I decoupaged the main image as they come with the topper kit as does the 5 today.

I'm sorry I have not done too much commenting lately, I've been busy working on sponsorship for Winter Wonderland and some DT work.  There are just not enough hours in the day!

How many steps? .........................

Hi everyone, I hope your week is going well.  The weather here in Norfolk is still cold, I'm not ready for winter to be here already! 

Anyway onto my layout that I have to share with you tonight which is another one made with my kit supplies from Like For Ever.  The only thing not from the kit was the letter stickers.  This is Grace at the Fenland Country Show that we went to recently and it was her first time on a Helter Skelter! She was amazed how many steps there were but it didn't put her off as she had 3 goes!

A Little Windswept .................

Hi all and happy Sunday to you!  I hope you are having a nice weekend.  I'm off to Peterborough shopping with my Mum and sister today.  I need to buy a new dress that I have for a wedding.  I hope I manage to find something nice, I will take a picture to show if you I do!  

Anyway onto my layout for today, which I made using my supplies from Like for Ever which is an UK based scrapbooking kit. I had a fantastic box of supplies with the kit and this is my second layout so far.   I took this picture a couple of weeks ago and under all that hair is my niece and my little Grace!  This picture just about sums up our second part of summer this year!

Hello Summer ............

Hi everyone, well that's another week whizzed past. Grace started back at school yesterday, I was so not ready to get back into the school routine! Back to being organized again or at least attempting it lol! 

Well my card is very summery that I have to share with you today but I think it should be saying goodbye summer rather than hello summer after the weather we have had in Norfolk this week!

The wonderful Camping Tent Ribbon on my card is from the new Summer Festival range from Crafty Ribbons.

A Wedding Card ...............

Hi everyone, I hope your week is going well. I have a wedding card to share with you tonight that I made for an order recently.  I used a gorgeous wedding cake digi image from All Dressed Up and I coloured it with a wink of stella glitter brush.  I don't think you can see the sparkle on the photo but the wink of stella are great for giving a lovely subtle sparkle and perfect to colour in a wedding cake!

The papers are from LOTV , oval die is by wild rose and flowers from Wild Orchid. I've finished off the card with some beautiful Seam Binding and Lace from Crafty Ribbons.
