A Gem of a Challenge .........

Hi everyone, I'm back with my second post for today which is for my Gem of a Challenge DT make. Our theme for you this time is Spots and Strips.   I've used a great digi topper called Halloween Chloe 2 on a gift bag that I thought would be a good halloween treat bag for Grace.

This is a close up of the front of the bag:

There is a wonderful prize for the winner so I hope you will come along and join in the challenge this time.

Thanks for stopping by.

Trick or Treat?

Hi everyone, I have a layout to share with you today which I made for some of the challenges of Shimelle'sPretty Paper Class online class which I'm taking part in at the moment.  I am really enjoying this class and learning so much.  The challenges for this layout were to add dimension which I have done with my rosette flower and to use smaller photos.  As I had no Halloween themed papers I just found some in my stash which were the right colour and I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

The journalling on my page is about Grace enjoying the trick or treaters calling round to the house.  I've so pleased I've made another page and recorded another story for Grace to look back on when she grows up.

Thanks for stopping by.

Dinky Dots Den Hallowen Challenge

Dinky Dots Den is a new challenge blog starting weekly challenges. Their first challenge is to make a Hallowen creation. So I decided to make a Hallowen Treat Bag which I have filled with sweets, not sure if they will actually last till Hallowen lol!

The image on my treat bag is a download from Dinky Dots Crafts and is Lulu Witch, isn't she cute! They have some fantastic downloads and stamps featuing Lulu and AJ. The treat bag was a free download from Funky Fairy Challenge Blog

I really enjoyed this challenge as it was nice to make something different to a card for a change. This first challenge is also a Design Team Call so be sure to check it out!

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment if you have time.

Lynsey :)
