Hi everyone, hope your week is going well. Its my Nan's birthday tomorrow and this is the card that I have made for her. The adorable teddy on my card is called 'Cuthbert Just for You' and is available to buy from the Pollycraft Designs Shop. I thought he would be just perfect to put on my Nan's card as he is so cute!
